Marketing and Communications Officer (40%)

Stilla is a young and dynamic company that manufactures and installs circular acoustic panels. In our workshop in Anderlecht, we give reclaimed materials a second life while creating meaningful, sustainable jobs for people who often face barriers in the labour market.

Our acoustic solutions bring greater comfort and tranquility to schools, offices, restaurants, hotels, and many other spaces. Behind every panel is a story of circularity, local craftsmanship, and social impact.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Marketing and Communications Officer who will help increase our visibility and contribute to both our commercial success and our social impact.

Job description

As a marketing and communications officer, you will translate Stilla's mission and expertise into compelling communications. You will contribute to our marketing strategy, create engaging content, and ensure that our projects, products, and impact reach the right audiences. You will work independently while collaborating closely with your colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO and SEA strategies and analyse performance.
• Manage and optimise the company website in collaboration with our web developer.
• Coordinate the development and expansion of our online shop.
• Set up and manage marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
• Develop and execute the social media strategy, including content planning and advertising campaigns.
• Contribute to the further development of the overall communication strategy.
• Copywriting

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of modern marketing and communication tools (social media, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Canva, AI tools, etc.).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and strategic communication.
• Affinity with the social and circular economy.
• Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and proactive
•  Results-oriented, able to work independently, and a strong team player
• Excellent command of Dutch and a good knowledge of French and/or English.

What we offer

• A part-time contract (40%) for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

• A gross monthly salary between €1,173.95 and €2,045.55, depending on relevant experience.
